Welcome to the forums! A lot will depend on the type of fill valve you have in the toilets. Do they incorporate long arms and a ball or are they the type with a cup (Fluidmaster)? Debris could be causing a slow fill, so turning the water off to each toilet, removing the fill valve cover, placing a cup over the valve and turning the water on for a few seconds should help remove debris in the valve. Replace the cap and turn the water back on to see how the fill goes.

If the toilets fill faster if only one toilet is filling then the supply piping may be undersized and not able to properly supply that many fixtures. You can also replace the fill valves with higher flowing ones.
