Faucet Leak

This is a rookie question, and I'm hoping the answer is not a complicated one. Our bathtub faucet started leaking a few days, and the drip got pretty significant. When I unscrewed the faucet, I realized that the pipe itself was leaking water. I've attached a picture to show what I am talking about. Is there a way to fix this from the inside of the house? Does it have anything to do with the washer in the picture, or is maybe an issue with a valve under the house? Thanks for any help.

Do you really mean the spouts leaking out the end of that copper pipe?
If so then your working in the wrong area.
Main water needs to be shut off and cartrages removed and replaced where the knobs are.
Post a picture we we can see what you have.

What is on the other side of that wall? there may be shut off valves there or possibly under that wall in the crawlspace. As Joe said the spout dripping has nothing to do with the spout but can be traced back to the faucet control. You'll need to shut off the water either to the fixture or whole house before you work on the faucet.
