Really Dirty Sink and Walls

I have a really dirty sink. Not only the sink but the turning on/off that is suppose to be stain is a bit black. Then the wall as you can see is pretty stained.

Does anyone here have tips on what i can use?

I have vinegar, baking soda. I did use baking soda on the sink and it does seem to clean it just a bit.

I have a plastic tub/shower surround. No matter how much bleach I sprayed on it, the stains still remained. However, when I sprayed it, poured some Ajax on it & scrubbed it with a soap pad, it did the trick. Zud is a product that is stronger than Ajax. I would use Zud & some steel wool or a soap pad on it.
