Do I need to replace my rusty toilet flange?

here is a picture of the flange. it is on a cement subfloor. and i took out any screws i saw. I may need to remove some more grout as well.Name:  IMG_2726.jpg

It actually looks to be in pretty good shape. As long as the slots for the bolts are in good shape I'd leave it alone.

even though the whole top is rusty? and the area where to bolt goes i can cave in pretty much.

If you can cave it then why would you even ask if it's bad..... it's fairly obvious.
