Bizzare water pressure.

In the kitchen only when I turn on the hot or cold water by itself I have great water pressure but when I turn on the opposite water the pressure disappears. For example, I turn on hot water and let it warm up, then I turn the cold on a little and the pressure disappears. If I turn off the cold, the water jumps and returns to normal pressure. ... so strange that it's not constant. Help please and thank you!

Welcome to the forums.

An odd problem. It almost sounds like an anti-scald problem..... not usually found in kitchen faucets. Can you tell us what kind of faucet it is.... make and model..... or a description might help.

Do you have a pressurizing pump. I had a problem like that a while ago and after calling a plumber it turned out to be an issue with the pump set up.

What size line is feeding and coming off of the water heater, should be 3/4".
What type plumbing do you have?
My thinking is it may be a flow issue, not a pressure issue.

Did it always do this, or is it a new problem?
