Replace manufactured marble panel in downstairs ( my ) bathroom
Hi All,
Looking to replace a small manufactured marble panel in shower surround ( picture below ).
Is there a cheaper material I can use than the manufactured marble? This is just my downstairs bathroom and I don't care how i looks.
I have a feeling that even the piece of manufactured marble that I need to replace is going to be a good chunk of the cost os a new cheap shower.

Ok turns out what I was thinking of as manufactured marble is actually melamine marble. Steamed it over a 5 gallon pot of boiling water for three minutes ( do not heat any longer than this! ) immediately put it on a flat surface and weighed it down. After cooling it is now "good enough" to be re used
