Toilet refilling super slow

My parents toilet is refilling super slowly we tried adjusting a few things with no luck. Also tried shutting off and turning the water back on all the way.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

#1, shut off the stop valve, disconnect the line from the toilet and run it into a bucket, now turn on the water to see if you get full flow.
If you do if you do have full flow just change the flush valve in the tank to a fluid master.
About a $12.00 part and take all of about 15 min. to replace.
If it's low flow the stop needs to be replaced.
(there called stops, not shut off valves)
While your at it if it's anything but a braided flex line as a supply change that also.

Yes! Turn the water to the tank off. Flush what ever is left in the tank down the bowl. Then use a sponge to soak up the rest until the tank is completely dry. Then do the test on the fill line by removing it from the tank and testing it into a bucket. If the supply line is good, then the problem is in the valve inside the tank.
