Pulsating supply line

I have an odd problem. The supply line to my master bathroom toilet pulses intermittently. It's rhythmic, lasts 10 seconds or so, and makes no difference if I've just flushed the toilet, or any other fixture is running. Help!

Welcome to the forums! Your stop valve (below the toilet) may not be turned on completely, or the washer in it may be loose. You'll need to turn the water off to the house and release the pressure to disassemble it. As for why it is vibrating when another fixture is operating, we may need more information on that.

Could be what's called ghost flushing, simple to check, add some red food coloring to the tank and see if it leaks into the bowl without flushing.
Another issue can be to high a water pressure on a well you can just look at the gauge near the pump, on city water just screw on one these on an outside faucet.

There is no need for any more then 60 PSI.
