Little or no water from faucet.

There is few drops come from my bathroom sink tape today, when I turn ON. I try to TURN OFF and TURN ON two inlet valves (hot and cold) below sink, no lucky. IS there any other easy steps I could take before I have to replace the tape?

I'm guessing he/she means tap, or faucet.

The easiest step is to unscrew the aerator and clean it or replace it, it might be severely clogged.
If that doesn't work you need to remove the supply lines from the faucet.
Remove the lines from the faucet and keep them connected at the valves.
Place the lines in a bucket, turn the water on, and see if any water is coming out of the wall.

Thanks. How to find aerator? I only see two lines from cold/hot valve, then joint to tap inlet. I'll try to remove lines from the faucet and follow your suggestion this weekend. Is it possible I have to replace hot/cold valve?

The aerator is the filtration screen that the water comes out of when you turn the faucet on. It unscrews... you will want to use a pliers and can cushion the pliers so it doesn't scratch. An old rubber glove helps cushion.

once the aerator is off, see how the water flow is and go from there.

Aerator is at the end of nozzle. It will screw off. It is a screen in the cap. Here are several types
