replace flush valve on kohler 3402

I had a kohler 3402toilet (one piece), which has leak problem on and off for some time. I've changed two different new flappers, Fluidmaster and Korky, still has random slow leak.

I'm plan to change the flush valve to see if it fixes. Looks kohler 3402 is kind of old and discontinued. I can't find much documentation about it.

Anyone know which generic replacement kit will work for this model?

Also I looked at the flush valve, seems not easy to take it out, is there any guide I can learn from? (Based on my limited research, I think the current flush valve is not the original one, but a generic replacement part).

Thanks.

When you say it has a leak, do you mean water is leaking out onto the floor from somewhere? Or that the toiled has to refill from time to time even when not used?

Leak from tank to the bowl, not floor.

update: I bought a generic flush valve for one piece toilet and replaced the old one. Seems the leak was gone!
