Help identifying this shower / tub faucet extension
Hello,
I have a shower stall in need of new handles, but the cartridge extensions have worn to the point of me not being able to reliably attach even universal fit ones.
This is what the setup looks like without handles:

Note the hole on the end where the handle would normally screw in to:

This is what the extension and cartridge look like together. I found that the Danze cartridge fits and works perfectly. Specifically, this one. I have also tried this extension, but it was about 1cm too long.

This is what the faucet looks like with the cartridge removed:

This is the extension I'm looking for.

Any ideas?
Thank you.

If these can't be identified, can anyone think of an alternate faucet I can install in those connections without major wall destruction?
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Best I can offer is to take the stems to a plumbing supply outlet (not big box store) and see if they can identify them for you. You can also take measurements of the spread of the handles and see if they have anything that would fit the space. You would need access from the wall behind the tub to replace/update.
Edit - Our Resident Plumber has stopped by to give better direction.

Thank you for your responses.
This is the cold cartridge. The hot was a standard Danze that I linked to earlier. I ended up replacing this one with another Danze and it seems to work just fine. No leaking.
