Help! Cannot remove shower handle with no hex screw or cap

Want to change out cartridge on my shower valve as I'm not getting good hot water flow. There is clearly no hex screw or traditional cap on this handle. Any thoughts? Still trying to figure out how to post picture.

There is an insert image icon just to the left of the quotes.

I see two adjustments in that pic. Try to adjust it before you replace the cartridge.

Often times if hot water flow is an issue at multiple taps, the hot outlet nipple on the water heater is plugged with hard build up. You might consider checking that also.

Thanks. Yes the problem is isolated to just this one faucet. The adjustment screws seem to have helped the situation (thanks for that!). Still a bit frustrating about the not figuring out how to remove the handle....guess that can be a problem for another day.

Im guessing that the outer 1/8" - 1/4" is a cap that unscrews if you have a thin rubber mat to cushion your waterpump pliers.

Yes I believe the end cap unscrews... What brand faucet is it?

A simple google search will net you an answer im sure...
