Delta Ashton Kitchen Faucet dripping issues

Hello:

I have a Delta Ashton Kitchen Faucet which continues to drip from the faucet after shutting it off and it also has a small drip from the seam where the friction spacer is located. I have replaced the valve assembly but this has not fixed the problem. I would appreciate any suggestions.

The Specs, Parts and Installation PDFs are located here https://drive.google.com/drive/folde...Ws?usp=sharing

It's normal for a pull-down faucet to drip a little after shutting it off. It's just residual water left in the hose, which is long.
The friction spacer should never leak, that's just a swivel point between the top neck and bottom housing, with the hose contained inside.

If the faucet is dripping for a long period try cleaning the area where the cartridge seals with CLR or Lime Away, It should seal perfectly even without cleaning.
Also make sure the bonnet and cap are tight. You might need to use adjustable pliers with a rag to protect the finish.
