Faucet Clog after Supply Line Changed

Hello Everyone - I had a leaky supply line on a bathroom faucet a while back and I closed the valve and did not deal with it for a a while - like over a month. Today I changed both supply lines, hot and cold and when I turned the water back on, it worked initially, but soon it clogged up and now I cannot get any water our of either hot or cold. I tried using some compressed air into the faucet supply line, but no luck . Anyone have any suggestions on how I can resolve this - or is it plumber time ?

Just an FYI - This bathroom needs to be completed redone, so I was reluctant to replace fixtures, etc. until I'm ready to do it right.

Thank you
