Need help identifying a kitchen faucet

I would like to buy a new aerator for my kitchen faucet, and it seems to be...special. A local plumbing store couldn't even match it. Therefore I'd like to try to identify what model of faucet I have so that I can maybe, maybe find a replacement online. Pictures:

I'm not sure how old it is. I do know that it has one of those ceramic disc thingies inside of it, because I opened it up.

This looks to be it.

Price Pfister 0344TZZ Marielle Single-Handle Kitchen Faucet with Side Sprayer, Oil Rubbed Bronze

Faucet...... pfisterfaucets/kitchen//marielle-1-handle-kitchen-faucet-gt34-4tyy
There is a parts breakout at the bottom of the page. That should be lifetime warranted faucet. Contact PP for replacement.

Pete nailed it. Just call Price Pfister and they will probably send you the parts free of charge. This isn't something you will find in a store.

The asterisk means they will ask you for the finish.
