Tub faucet cartridge ID help

Recently the water in my main bathtub is only hot, I can't get any cold to come out at all. The other water fixtures in the restroom work fine so i'm guessing the cartridge is to blame. Can anyone help Id the fixture in the pic? There aren't any markings on the handle, ring around the handle, or the fixture itself that I can see. It appears to be quite old so I want to see ID so I can see the steps to disassemble it, and also see if there are even parts available for it. Thanks for any info!!

I don't recognize it. There are many pictures to look thru and generic removal videos. I left a link below to how I search for replacement cartridges on an unknown valve.

Search

Is that a big nut on the face of that valve ?

Ok, thank you for the link.

Yes it's a large nut around the green piece.

Take a pic of another angle. And take a pic of knob and wall plate. Thats often how you can identify..

I looked everywhere on them and there aren't any markings that I saw on the knob or wall plate. I think the shower was added at a later time and the knob and wall plate may have been replacements at that time with universal parts.
