Help identify rough in drains.

Can you please help identify the plumbing for this basement rough in. Itís supposed to be for a shower, sink and toilet. I am guessing there should be a drain for the sink in the wall but there isnít 15Ē of clearance from the toilet drain to the 24Ē vanity. Also wondering about the pipe outside the wall it doesnít seem to come out of the roof or anywhere that I can see. Thank you!

The shower drain will be 2" diameter. The toilet 3" or 4" while the sink is likely 1 1/2".

Yes.. 1 1/2 in wall

That 2" is for a shower. and looks like the walls were put up without sizing a shower pan.. Uggg more work for you..

3" pipe needs to be roughed 10, 12, or 14" from wall to center.

What is the small pipe for that is on the outside of the wall? I don’t see where it comes out. Thank you so much!

I would guess that they intended for a wall to be built perpendicular to the wall pictured in photo 4. And that the small pipe outside the wall is maybe supposed to be extended down and over for a vent for your sink.

As a side note did anyone notice all the holes drilled for electrcial in the bottom edge of the floor joists? They don't look like they are 2" in from the edge.
