Water leaking out of bolts on bottom of garbage disposal
It's not related to running the disposal, it's only running the water.
Water drips at a fast pace out of these 4 bolts on the bottom.
Time for a new disposal?

Looks like an old ISE disposer, time for a new one. By the way, that disposer was not wired correctly, there should be a cable clamp (aka Romex Connector) where the cable enters the wiring compartment.
