toilet flange spacer for new floor?

I am installing new flooring in our bathrooms. The new floor is 3/16" thick. So I need to add to the toilet flanges. The thinnest spacer I see at local supply is 1/4".

What would you guys use in this case? The 1/4" spacer or one of the jumbo size wax seals?

I just use wax rings. If you previously used a standard ring move up to a jumbo.
