Replace bathroom faucet cartridge

I'm attempting to replace the cold-side cartridge in my bathroom faucet. I'm having two problems. First, I don't know how I can loosen the nut, which is in a depressed area that I can't access with the tools I have. Is this cartridge even removable? Second, I can't seem locate the manufacturer. I do see the number 4208 on the translucent plastic collar in the picture. I'd appreciate any guidance. Thank you.

I'm thinking this might be a Larson brand unit. I also think you need a socket wrench to remove it.

I do have a socket wrench, but the stem is in the way. Do you have a specific wrench suggestion? Thank you.

Agreed, looks like a deep well socket will do the trick. And it's possible that it's a left hand thread so take it easy.
