Bathroom sink overflow question
My bathroom sink overflow is full of water and doesn't seem to drain. We have 2 sinks and the other one is fine. Is there a special pop-up drain needed for an overflow equipped sink or is it possible one drain is incorrectly installed?

Yes, you need a drain specifically for a sink with a overflow drain. Even with the correct drain some sinks require the drain to be rotated to the proper orientation for installation so the hole in the drain pipe lines up with the overflow passage in the sink.
