Question Bathroom Sink - Nut stuck ?

I've been dealing with this issue for quite some time and need your help!
The wing nut (circled) is stuck and wont' move. It is too big for me to pull out from the above (bigger than the hole in the granite) , and I cannot pull down as the faucet handle is too wide for the hole.

I am missing something, but I'm not sure. Do I need to blow torch it now? .

What you are calling a wing nut looks like two flat head screws that need to be loosened to me.

LOL - no - those hold the handle faucet in place.

Then where are the wing nuts? I see no wing nuts in your pictures.

Need a photo from the side anyway... can't tell anything looking up at it from that angle.

There is no wing nut. Remove water lines. Get a long wide blade screwdriver. Maybe use some penetrating oil. Those look like stainless screws on a brass plate. There should be no corrosion.
