After fresh toilet, tank water splashed out of tank recently. Removing tank cover, it could be found that the inlet water rapidly splash out with larger amount. Adjusting top lever screw, water amount reducing but still splash out some till no water come out if screw tight enough. Is there any other way to adjust? If new part needs, which part is required? Ball with lever or vertical inlet pipe with valve built in? Thanks
I think that your toilet refill valve is broken. There is an unwanted crack or hole in that yellow piece. Water is not supposed to come out there, that high up.
The yellow piece, the black stalk under it, the ball, and the lever all come out in one piece without disturbing the flush handle and the flapper.. Most folks prefer to get a new valve with the stalk and a vertical float.
I am doing what I thought was a minor task under my kitchen sink. Noticed that pipes were bad so decided to change them...how hard could that be, right? Well, I have replaced pipes, a garbage disposal and the hardest challenge is switching out the sprayer hose from under the sink. Spent over an hour at local box store to be sent on my way...the gentleman did try his best but...I digress. This is my issue. 1) The first pic shows the sprayer hose that will be connected under the sink. 2) The second pic shows the attachments that came with the sprayer and hose. The black piece (that is connected to the grey piece) fits perfectly onto pic number 3, but this can't be right because the water is leaking from the connections that I have made. Any help would be much appreciated.

I change the 2, strainers
the p-trap, and a connector that connect the 2 strainers and the dishwasher to the p-trap. There is no leak, the p-trap is empty. But from the strainers, I can see the orange washers and part of the tubing.(white)
it drain very slowly, it did not do that before I change all these. My idea is the orange washers are too larges (blocking a little bit the hole), but these were the one that came with.
