We got a new kitchen tap put in a few months back. From day 1, i noticed the cold tap was very hard to turn off. It is fine twisting it on, but very stiff when you try to turn it off.
The problem is, it has gotten slowly worse over time. Now it is almost impossible to turn off. You need to use 2 hands to twist it to the off position and stop the water running.
Is tere anything I can do to rectify this?
Or, do I need to get a plumber in again?
Or, even fork out for another new tap?

Please help me figure out why the sink will not drain at an acceptable pace. It will drain fine when just running the water but if you fill up the sink and let the plug out it will not drain fast and towards the end just stop leaving standing water. Also, when the dishwasher empties it backs up into the sink.
Any advice is much appreciated!
The second floor shower drain appears to be leaking water from the flange. Poured water directly into the pipe no leak, so probably the sealing gasket has gone bad. Just wondering if the this specific flange can be replaced from the top? Or is drywall ceiling cutting needed on the first floor. Thanks.
