How do you change O-ring on faucet

I am trying to help my uncle with a dri in the faucet. I do not know the make or model of the faucet. I do not know how to take the faucet apart to get to the o-ring. Here is a picture of the faucet below. I went to HD and lowes but could not find the same faucet.

There are thousands of widespread three hole two handle bathroom faucets.
The styles change almost every year. Knowing the year of that faucet could be helpful.

I use google image search to look for faucets. I did not find that one.
Doubtful it uses an o-ring. More likely a cartridge.

You need to get the handle off first.
Check very carefully all around the handle for a set screw.
If none can be found... try holding the handle and turning the lower knurled part counter clockwise.

I had tried to turn the bottom but was unable. Also, I did look for a set screw but did not notice it. Will have to go back and look again. Thanks
