Changing a shower head

Hello. A plumber told me that I need a new shower head due to low pressure (this one is 16-years old). I am getting adequate pressure to my other fixtures and just had a new water heater installed. This video shows my current one that's failing:

I want a handheld or dual-combination one and could use some recommendations for specific products and links to any that I can buy online.

I could also use links to Internet videos showing how to do install the shower head that you recommend.

EDIT: I should add that, although I want to a handheld shower head, I don't want one that will cause a loss of water pressure.
