Cartagena, Colombia

OK, everyone step up to the plate and start posting about your vacations. I will eventually run out of pictures.

Cartagena really surprised me. What an incredible city. It and Panama City really opened my eyes to Central and South America.

Just so you know where we are.

A view of the monestary high on the hill.

The first Saint I have ever seen: Saint Peter Claver. Even for a non Catholic and a pretty jaded person it was a moving experience seeing his tomb in the cathedral.

What would the old world be without a fort? Cartagena is one of the old world great cities complete with forts and city walls.

The guides name is Eddie.
