Cool Online Source For Upholstery Foam

Hi Everyone,
Does anyone know a reputable online company that I can order upholstery foam from? I just need a 36" x 36" x 2.5" piece. The problem I'm having is that the customer reviews for most online suppliers are simply awful.
I'd really appreciate any information anyone could provide.
Thank you.

Hello and welcome to the forum!
As a rule, we don't recommend companies. Most of the upholstery sites I know of are wholesale only so the ones I throw at you are ones I've heard of, but no personal experience. These will custom cut sizes for you, rather than send an entire sheet.

Foamorder

You don't say what you're using it for. If it's not for a cushion where high density is best, you could just order from Joann Fabrics:

Just can not imagine ordering foam on the net.
I live out in the sticks and still have at least 4 places that do upholstering, and two that do custom foam cutting within 20 miles.
There in the yellow pages.

All the more reason for purchasing locally.

Looks like a few good choices along the I-74 corridor.

Not everyone has upholsters or upholstery supply shops near them. There's nothing wrong with ordering online as long as you know what you're ordering. I order online all the time. As long as it's an upholstery supply site, you're OK.
The main problem is the manufacturers. Some foam is just no longer the same due to inferior products coming out of China. Same problem as with other things. It's not always the fault of the places selling it.

P.S. Your link isn't working, Pete.

Strange. I get a message that my search could not be completed...... I get that same message no matter how many times I click on it.
Maybe it has to do with an IPad?
