Question Vinyl Floor squares over sheet vinyl

I'm redoing my bathroom and have sheet vinyl flooring now. Would like to lay new adhisve vinyl floor tiles over it. I had the tub resurfaced and when they removed the caulk around the tub at the floor they had to remove part of the vinyl. What can I use to build this back up so the new floor won't have a dip in it and also can I lay these tiles over the sheet vinyl? The old vinyl has a very shallow pattern do I need to fill this before I can lay new tiles over it? Any help would be appreciated.

Skimcoat the entire floor with Ardex SD-F Feather Finish Ardex.com/intro.htm To take care of the raised surface on the tiles, called embossing.

Fill and smooth the area needing filler at the same time.
