Question linoleum flooring backing and adhesive removal from concrete, how to

I am remodeling my master bathroom, I have removed the vinyl flooring from the floor. The adhesive and flooring backing material are still adhered to the concrete subfloor. What is the best way/material to remove it with?

A 4" razor scraper and some gloves. It should come up pretty decent. It won't be a cakewalk, but not bad.

Used Methylene Chloride worked great, got up the backing and the adhesive. Thanks for the response.

I hope that does not effect the bond of the next floor. Clean it rfeal good with LOTS of water, repeatedly, or the next floor's bond may, and probably will, fail. Short cuts do not pay off in the long run.
