Asbestos in old vinyl tiles
I saw a similar question on this subject, but not a clear answer.
I would like to take up the old vinyl tiles in my house and stain the concrete underneath. Anybody know where I can get them tested for asbestos? Possibly a state extension office?
My house was built in the mid-fifties--I don't know when the tiles were put down.
Should I just put something over (definitely not carpet). Would ceramic tile stick to the vinyl?
