Question Which Vinyl?

Am in process of purchasing a vinyl floor covering for all rooms in newly built bungalow. For medical purposes it needs to be cushioned, matt, strong and easy to maintain. Am completely confused by the wide choices out there and even more so by the sales persons who seem more concerned on making a sale than on meeting my needs and giving advice. Rhino floor has been reccommended. This comes with a 20yr guarentee but it seems that Agrip palette from Gerflor also has the same properties with a 10 yr guarentee and is less expensive.Would be so grateful for proffessional advice here and my thanks in anticipation of a response.
Confused.

You met that same salesman too? I think a lot of consumers have met him also.

Tuff choice. Their are a lot of manufacturers of cushioned vinyl. I would hate to be the one to make a decision for anyone.

I'm not familiar with Rhino floor, to give an unbiased opinion of the product.
