Angry Removed Vinyl - stuck with mildew smell!

I removed glued vinyl sheet from my concrete slab floor in a bedroom (Lord knows why the previous owners put down sheet vinyl in a bedroom)! All the backing paper is up, to, but. there is still some glue on the floor. It smells like mildew something awful! I've tried a bleach solution and spraying Tilex all over the room to try and kill the smell, but it's not going away. The floor is dry as a bone; there is no moisture whatsoever in this room! How do I get the smell out? Any ideas?

You might try sealing or painting the concrete floor. There may be adhesion problems if there is glue residue. Typically, bleach water solution disinfects and eliminates mold & mildew. You could also wet floor and spray floor with enzyme digester cleaner deodorizer and let set to dry. Repeat if needed.
