Resale value vinyl flooring versus tile in Kitchen?
First sorry for a question that I assume has been asked before but I can't seem to get the search functionality to work so well.
Anyways, I've managed to trash my vinyl kitchen flooring (dot3 brake fluid and bad dings) and am looking to sell my condo. What's the most cost effective way to fix the flooring? e.g Vinyl versus Tile? Can I recoup ALL of my extra expenses from tiling the kitchen in the sale?
Also apologies if this question should be asked in another forum.
Many thanks for any advice,
Kirk

Some say ceramic tile adds resale value. Do the other condos have tile? Ceramic tile can be a plus for resale value.
