Osb?

My Armstrong stick tiles say that you can apply it to Plywood but not to particle board. My floor (new construction) is OSB. So can I install it not or do I have to put down luan?

Why stick tiles on new construction? You should go to a flooring place and look for a linolium remnent at least. You will not like the performance of stick tiles.
