concrete vct

Hello, I'm looking to install basic armstrong vct on a basement concrete slab. Is this a good idea or should I go with carpet?? Is there any special prep or should I glue and go. The slab is clean, dry and level. Thanks for your help. Eric

Tiles will need to acclimate (adjust) to temperature in areas where they will be installed for at least 48 hours before installation. You might want to check out the installation instructions on Armstrong's website.

Make sure the concrete vapor emissions are within the glue manufacturers limits.
