Who makes 18" faux seagrass rubber/PVC tiles

I just came back from a recently remodeled student dinning center and thought that I was walking on 18" seagrass squares that were in two tones of tan with the weave of the tiles at 90 degree angles in a parquet pattern. When I looked closer I saw that the tiles are made from some sort of rubber or PVC and look like they would be perfect for a beach house that I am remodeling. Does anyone know anything about these tiles; who makes them, where to purchase, how they hold up, etc?

Thanks in advance

Seagrass comes from sisal. Use your favorite search engine to search for vinyl sisal tiles and woven vinyl sisal tiles.
