Konecto vs. Armstrong Cushionstep??

Anybody can give me a reason which one to choose?

One is a Vinyl plank(konecto) that adheres to each other.

Worried about seeing lines between each plank and also worried about self adhesive holding up so that planks don't start lifting from each other.

Armstrong is a loose lay fiber/vinyl sheet . Worried it is not as durable and may buckle....

Any opinions?

Thanks

I and others have a rather stong opinion about peel and stick products. Personally, I don't care much for them. I feel they prey on the DIYer as an easy solution but doen't deliver in the long run. Having seen the product I have serious reservations about performance relative to cost given superior alternatives on the market. Thanks for your reply.

I see your not in favor of this Konecto.

For a basement how do you feel about these loose lay fiber floors, such as Domco-habitat, armstrong-cushionstep and mannington-sobella?

I am leary of putting a floating laminate floor in a basement. No water problems, but defenitely moisture.

I run a dehumidifier and it fills up.

MY wife is dead set against tiles.
