linoleum over tile floor
My mom is going to have a guy redo her bathroom floor and she said that he was going to put linoleum over her tile floor. There is no loose or broken tile but I have never heard of anything of this sort. So my question is is it ok to put the linoleum over the tile floor? Or does the tile floor have to come up first?

You can do it, but I don't like to because I don't like adding height to the floor like that.
