plastic bathroom tiles

We are trying to restore a 1950's bathroom with plastic tiles. The tiles are in good shape, but the glue/grout around them is very yellow.....how can I make the glue/grout white again?

Can you post a picture of your bathroom tiles. A close up preferably. I'm unfamiliar with a plastic tile that has grout around it. Or email me a pic and i'll post it.

It is possible to dig out the grout and replace it, but those old plastic tiles are probably very brittle and likely to break (assuming they are plastic and not ceramic). You can buy grout coloring agents (kind of a paint) apply it carefully.
