Sub floor warping

I just bought a 2 story home 4 months ago. The floor in the upstairs bathroom started creaking, it gets worse by the day. I noticed yesterday the sub floor is pushing up the linoleum. I am kind of clueless, I know it is caused by moisture. Someone please help.

You either have a water leak, or someone soaking the floor while taking a barh or shower.

That is what I was thinking, but wouldn't I see some water on the downstairs ceiling?
