removing linoleum

Tearing up linolium and backing isn't coming up. Will a sprayer with wallpaper remover work?

What do you plan on putting down in its place? If tile, the best bet is hot water and a scraper instead of any kind of chemical which might inhibit adhesion for your new flooring.

Didn't think of that. Thanks. Just borrowed a heat gun. I'm putting down peel and stick.
