Want to install sub-flooring in garage

There was a garage that we're converting to living space and I need to put a sub-floor on top of the concrete. Since it's a garage floor, it has a slope toward what was the garage door. What is the best way to install a sub-floor so that it doesn't move around and creak? The area is about 1/2 of a garage. Thanks in advance for any advice.

First thing that comes to mind to me is Dricore panels. It is OSB panels with dimpled plastic on one side to create an air gap off the concrete. Best thing to do is address the slope with a self leveling mix and then install the panels over that. I'm sure others will ahve good suggestions.
