I just had water proof vinyl plank flooring, wood plastic composite, installed over concrete slab. I can't find out, if it even matters a lot, what type of pad I put under any area rugs I might buy? Some sites I look at imply I should contact the manufacture to be sure the pad is okay for the flooring. I did contact the manufacturer but they seemed very uninterested. After I wrote down their confusing answer I realized they were referring to what to put under the laminate flooring. WPC EVA 1 ml was their response! Am I making mountains out of molehills? I didn't think rug pads would be so complex! Read More
