Half concrete half asbestos linoleum

So Iíve started a DIY room renovation with a small 120 sq fr basement den. Iíve ripped out the old carpet and realize thereís a patch of old linoleum flooring/tiles. We have an old home so Iím going to assume that it has asbestos and not sure how to go about dealing with it. Since we donít want to go ahead with peeling/scraping the floors.. I was thinking how would self leveling compound/concrete work with floors like these? Would it level out the floor or would it be a bigger mess than I started with? How can I level the two type flooring? In need of desperate help!! Should I just scrape, do the self leveling compound or put an underlayment over it? The linoleum isnít very thick either, just a few millimeters from where the concrete is underneath.

If they are 9x9 they likely contain asbestos. I would just trowel on something around the tile edges such as Ardex Feather finish to ease the transition.
