Exclamation Vinyl Planks Installed over uneven floor...how do I fix it now?

My dad and I install Luxury vinyl planks throughout the house...but we didnt do a good job in the living room (Uneven subfloor)

there is a massive spot in the middle where it caves in, which mean every time we step on it, it dents in and bounce back up.

what are the possible solutions ?

should we shoot 18 G nails on a couple of the boards and try to make it adhere to the subfloor?

Vinyl telegraphs what's underneath very well. The only real solution is to take it up and fix the subfloor.

You should always use a 6-8 foot straightedge before installing any kind of flooring planks. The floor does not have to be level, but must be flat.
