cleaning metal markings from matte bisque ceramic tile

while installing a microhood, i placed the hood on top of a ceramic tile countertop before the install. the hood left silvery, metallic markings on the tile. how do i remove these markings?

also, before sealing the tile glasses were sat on the countertop and circles are on the countertop how do i remove these water marks?

and lastly, what is the easiest way to remove cracked tiles, and the best suggestion for sealing or waxing ceramic countertops ?
thanks

Hi
Those metal marks are really hard to get off...but i've found that a past made from the same grout you used will help a little...use it like a cleanser. If that doesn;t work try baking soda..on the rings too. That tile you chose sounds pretty porous....try using something from this company...they have quite a few different sealers to choose from. www.aquamix.com
