ceramic tile repair

I need to remove 2 safety grab rail bars and a soap dish that are mounted by screws through the tiles in a ceramic tile tub surround. The mounting screws are long and into studs behind tiles.

Once I back the mounting screws out and remove the rails and soap dish how do I seal the holes left by screws behind tiles and then seal screw holes in the ceramic tile itself?

Want to make sure I have a watertight job when done so no moisture can get through to behind the tiles.

A good waterproof caulk should suffice. You could add some decorative plastic caps if you want to disguise the holes.
