Question cutting ceramic tile

My husband & I are installing ceramic tile as a backsplash in our kitchen. My question is, when we cut tiles to fit, our cut tiles are left with tiny chips in the glaze of the cut edge. Will the grout fill in the chips and cover them, or should we continue trying to make sharper cuts on the tiles?

Sounds like your blade is too hard for the material cut. Take a rubbing stone and smooth your edges at a slight bevel!!

Yea Todd "That's a great idea" You da man.

Now let ME ask YOU a question.

Now that the money is spent, you're cold again, it's cloudy in Mennesota today, and all you have to show for your investment is some credit card receipts and some tiny little paper umbrellas......................HOW WAS YOUR TRIP???
