Question Crack repir in ceramic tiles

Does anyone have a recommendation of products for crack repair for ceramic tiles? The homeowner doesn't want to replace the 30+ tiles that cracked along seams in the underlayment (due to a bad installation). But she'd like the cracks to be less obvious than they are now. Something with a gloss finish (vs non-sanded grout) that I could match to the tile color would be ideal. I've read about a product called E-Z Patch. Is it the right thing? Is it any good? Anything out there that's be better suited? Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
